List of Vital Documents Required for Obtaining a Drug License in India
Following are the vital documents needed to obtain a Drug License in India:

Submit any identity proof of director or partner or proprietor;

  1. Key plan & site plan of the premises;
  2. Identity proof in the form of PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, etc. in case the applicant is a proprietor/ partner/ director.
  3. Constitution of the Entity – Upload MOA or Memorandum of Association, AOA or Articles of Association for a company. Also upload a Partnership Deed, LLP Agreement in the case of LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) and Partnership;
  4. Upload a copy of Board Resolution allowing obtaining of a license;
  5. Upload a copy of challan as a proof of depositing fee.
  6. The affidavit from the proficient individual or registered pharmacist;
  7. Availability proof of storage space as refrigerator, cold storage, etc;
  8. Premises document such as copy of ownership documents of property;
  9. Copy of Rental Agreement (in case of rented property)
  10. Affidavit concerning compliance of MPD 2021 (if premises are located on DDA residential plot/building/flat).

The following listed are the additional documents needed in the case of the Retail Sale:

Registered Pharmacist:

  1. Proof of Qualification, i.e., Certificate of Final degree or the Provisional Certificate along with mark sheets
  2. Registration of the Delhi Pharmacy Council
  3. A copy of the Bio-data and the Appointment Letter
  4. The following listed are the additional documents needed in the case of the Wholesale License

Competent Person:

  1. Proof of Qualification, i.e., Certificate of Final degree or the Provisional Certificate along with mark sheets
  2. A copy of the Bio-data and the Appointment Letter
  3. A copy of the Experience Certificate of minimum one year
